GOOGLE IS DATING KENYA.
We’ve taken note in recent months of the growth and innovative use of Web 2.0 in Kenya and how it has really taken root in light of severe adversity that still continues in the aftermath of the most recent Presidential election there. Apparently, we’re not the only ones taking note of the growth in tech usage in Kenya, as Google announced a search in Nairobi today for at least five senior executives for its African operations, according to All Africa.

The Nairobi office serves as the search company’s headquarters for all African operations, and the new senior managers to be brought into the Google-fold will join nine other senior level employees working presently in Africa. Google is also expanding into Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Nigeria and Senegal.

While the vast majority of Africa remains unconnected (estimates place it at around 95%), this means that Google is serious about cementing its position as the number one search engine choice on the continent.

A Hedge Against Microhoo?
Within Kenya, there haven’t been many headline grabbing initiatives for Google. They’ve partnered with a number of educational institutions. They’ve agreed to be the primary email provider for Safaricom, as well as an upstream data provider for the ISP, bringing a greater level of access to a large number of Kenyans.

These moves are seen by analysts as an attempt to re-align their operation in response to the looming threat of a Microhoo alliance.

“Microsoft’s hostile bid for Yahoo! raises more troubling questions. This is about more than simply a financial transaction,” said Google Senior Vice President David Drummond. “It’s about preserving the underlying principles of the Internet: openness and innovation.”

That might be a bit high-minded talk regarding the merger talks, but the fact remains that Google is in a far more globally diversified position than most of the other Internet giants in what is a recession-resistant market; measurable advertising. Placing an emphasis in Africa won’t provide immediate shelter from what possible economic downturns may be coming in the near-term, but it creates a long term success path to ownership of a market that only has room to grow.

I have always loved free food and I decided to write a short survivers guide on this important skills of getting this free food.
Why free food?Well for starters ,its free and then again its food ,come on guy.

Free food 101
Lets start with the basics of free food.First we define the word (Free) as a complimentary thing costing nothing.Meaning your getting something out of nothing with no effort whatsoever .Then (Food) which is any substance that is edible and will not kill you immediately .This is roughly between the time of eating and the eventual heart attack .
Together the two words create something that is both better than food and something free (Free Food).I am so passionate about free food I took time to do an indepth research on how to score some of this awemighty substance.

10 Fullproof Ways to Score Free Food

1. Join a club or group
Here you simply join a club that your sure offers snacks during meetings.Examples of such clubs are the scouts and drama clubs.Aslo Alcoholic Anonymous is a good choice.Those guys always have free food waiting for you.
All you have to do is show up in time, never ask questions,look concerned about issues and finally eat as if your not dying of hunger.
The types of free foods found are:Cookies,Tea,chrips,Biscuits ,Sandwiches and coffee.

2. Go to random events and activities
This varies from seminars,openings,launches,retreats and school events.Well here all you have to do is show up and look like your are involved in whatever is going on.This is a real score because you can get a full meals. If you are lucky you can even get Free Dessert “Still under research”.Types of food found are:chicken,lamb chops,beef,beer and any other meal depending on your luck.

3. Go to church.
The church is a sure way of making sure you at least get to eat free food once a week.You have to love christians because they will feed you like its the end of the world. So take the time and visit a church.Try to survive through the mass,summon or prayers for a few hours and your home free,or should I say your home to free food.Here are a list the of the church to score free food:Salvation Army,Seventh day Adventists,Jehova witnesses,Roman catholics and Anglicans.The main rule for hunting being the bigger the church the better.

4. Go to restaurants on free food days
Here one uses the power of information.All you have to do is find out when they give out free food.Better yet you can just hang around the joint till you get lucky.

5. Become a regular
If you frequent a place enough, you should get to know the owner, manager, and staff. While you shouldn’t expect to eat an entire meal for free, I’ve gotten free appetizers, drinks, etc. in the past. It’s even better if you already know someone who works there, because you get the free food benefits immediately. As a last option you can always go on your knees and beg.Types of food is too wide to list so use your imagination.

6. Visit supermarkets with free samples If you are looking for a quick appetizer these are the best places to randomly visit.All you need to do is have a jacket that you can keep putting on and taking off while you go back for another go.Supermarkets offer many samples so make sure its edible stuff first.

7. Find a boyfriend/girlfriend
If you’ve got a significant other, you’re pretty much guaranteed free food on at least one day of the year your birthday. Then there are those other days like Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, half-birthdays, or whatever other crazy things you choose to celebrate. Depending on your relationship, you’ll either get free food or the satisfaction of paying for your partner’s free food but always be hoping for free food .During a break up make sure its during a free meal.That way you will not loose a free meal.

8. The dumpster
I didn’t want to go there,but if it comes to it well at least you have a guide on Dumpster Survival l01.The ruels are simple but can save you life.Just make sure its edible,not moving ,organic and not having more than 10 bites before you start ur meal.Also having a spare Hobo costume will help you bled with the environs.

9. Weddings My personal best are weddings.Here is the mother load of all free food.It also has the simplest rules to follow:Gate crush,eat,get drunk,try to get laid,make a toast to the bride and groom and finally vanish.Weddings also have the best types of food from shrimp to shark fin soup and not forgeting the cake.

10. Go home
If all else fails go back home.You know what they say east west home is best.Be the prodigal child and go home to mummy and daddy ,who are the source of all free food.

Follow the survival guide and you will definitely get a free meal soon.To my hardcore readers you can buy the book Entitled (How to get stuff for free) at ebay.The book has more extreme tricks and tips such as: getting arrested and going to jail,joining the military,defecting,starting a church and starting a coup to score free food.

Dark Passion Sleep

I shot myself several times till I fell dead on the bare ground.Thinking that I had escaped this existence. I was shocked beyond oblivion as a lay there on the ground immobile but wide awake.What happens next is a true and an accurate story.
As I fell into the darkness no word could explain what happened next,but I will try my best.

My bloody body riddled with numerous bullet holes as if fresh from a firing squad,but as I lay there wide awake I realized that death is just cruel as life but without the pleasures of the world .
felt so very ashamed,not because I had taken my own life,but because no one had the mercy to cover my dead body,this rotting corpse .The shame made me want to hide.Hide inside my body hiding because I was embarrassed of what I had done.I wanted to die all over again as they looked deep into my bullet holes .The holes revealed my insides ,leaving my naked soul open to the judging eyes of humanity.I felt more ashamed because I had a white t-shirt on and it was stained with so much blood.
On and on people walked passed my rotting body just looking and judging.As they walked on they left me an epitaph.The old woman walked on saying “Here lies a looser,lost all in life and more in death”.The man walked by saying “Here lies a lair,cheated throughout life but forgot about death”.The pastor rushed passed my body and said “Here lies a sinner,one more disciple of the illuminated one”.
My body is now covered in bloodclots,dirt and flies.Sticky and smelly;the stupid flies starting laying maggots in my shamefull bullet holes.When will they come for me?When will they clean up all this mess? When will they please burry my body?

Three more people walked passed me:a scientists, a christian and an athist all saying in unisong “Here lies a dead body,lets us argue where he will end up”.

I am tired of this,its getting dark,no one notices my body anymore.This is because just a few meters away a girl has fallen to her death.She is stealing all my attention,my final spotlight.

She jumped screaming “Here I fall a girl,falling not for love,but for that fool on the ground”.She fell hit the concrete ground and she died not from he impact but from the sadness and hurt.

I now know she loved me all along.Her love never grew old.No need for death no need for life,she is all I need.I stand,trying to clean myself up .I walk towards her body.I say to her “Hey babe lets go home, lets go sleep”.Our dark passion sleep.

I belive I am a derivative of what entity that makes me be in existence.I belive this entity’s existence is far more superior than my mind is able to comprehend,define,understand or control.I am a human being and I do not have the power to influence this entity by using any kind of abilities that I may have .
I feel that I am only obligated my source,and not any human unions,groups or organizations that have been formed over the centuries. I belive the energy that animates me,this great body that the source designed,will return to its owner.Return to the source of this entity that I was once part of,and destined to have a reunion upon my demise.
I do not care what other humans belive.I know I was granted life alone,I shall choose to live it alone and I will return to the source that granted it alone. I know beyond the doubt of life that my source is the designer of the universe.I am only a spec in this massive universe but I know I am as important as the galaxies and beyond. I belive that the source of my being not only gave me life and not only gave humans life and not only gave animals life and not only gave plants life.I belive the the source of my existence is far greater than that and spred life throughout the universe.
I do not feel obliged to belive the ideologies of; Scientists or humans who practice Atheism,Christianity,Islam,Hinduisimis,Buddihism,Chinese Faith Religion,Shamamisim,Bahai faith,Judaism,Shinto,Spiritism,Taoism,Wicca,Zoraostraism,Confuncasm,Jainism,Scientoligy,Voodoo,Roma,Gypsy and others. My reasons are because I belive what I feel inside of me is more powerful than what society can make me feel and belive.We arrive in this existence alone and we shall all exit alone.We shall go to the source as individuals and not as any of the religions that I do not feel obliged to follow.
My religion is mine and involves only my creator and I. I do not want you to follow my religion you have your own,which I do not care for.So do not care for mine because no human can tell me what to belive in.No human being has power over my life because none granted it to me.Humanity has no control over my freedom.No being shall come between me and my source that granted life to me.No religion shall define who I am ,but my own . So let me be,let me live let me die and let me go to my own hell,my own heaven,my own Valhalah,my own pagatory,my own nothingness,my own grave,my own incanations my own after life and my own paradise.
I am alive,this is not my life but that of my source.I shall return the gift of life to the source,we all shall return to the source that granted us life. No human has the ability to judge me,convince me otherwise or better yet save me.Food for thought,before you try saving me try saving your religion.If that does not satisfy you try saving your belivers.If you still does not get u satisfied try saving your self.Then see if you still have enough life to save me. When my end arrives I shall chant “Omnium finis et imminent” and I shall return to the source of my being.I belive that no human mind has the ability and capabilities of imagining the experience that is there after I leave this body.
